Most recently I designed and led the pay transparency programme at a 2,500-person global law firm, spanning 45+ offices: job architecture, pay banding, gap analysis, bonus modelling the board used, and country by country transposition tracking. Done for real, on live deadlines, not as a thought piece.
Before that I benchmarked pay at two Big 4 firms and ran reward in-house at a FTSE 250 manufacturer. I have sat on both sides: the consultant sending the report, and the person who has to make it work on a payroll budget.
